Salon Two Zero Nine, INC currently offers domestic standard shipping via the US Postal Service or UPS. The shipping cost is calculated by the weight of your order.
Your order:
• Will ship within 2-7 business days. Your order ships from our salon in Turlock, CA.
• Orders are not guaranteed until they have been shipped. If we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you and issue a full refund for the eligible items or you may be given the option to wait for a product restock and we will provide an estimated timeline.
• If delivered by US Postal Service or UPS within 2-8 business days. This timeline is an estimate only and not guaranteed. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, your order will ship or be delivered outside these timeframes.
• Cannot be modified or cancelled once submitted. However, unwanted items can be returned for store credit once received if they are eligible under our return policy. For more return information, please refer to our returns policy below.• Salon Two Zero Nine, INC is not responsible for package deliveries affected by COVID19 related shipping delays, an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes.
Free Shipping : If you use a Promo code or your order qualifies for free shipping, Salon Two Zero NIne Inc reserves the right to change the shipping method to best deliver your package in the most economical way possible.
Local Pickup
• Local Pickup is available at 625 East Main St. Turlock, CA 95380.
• You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.
• After you receive the email letting you know your order is ready to be picked up, you may do so anytime Tuesday through Friday between 11am and 4pm.
Order Status
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships.
TRACKING: Unfortunately, the US Postal Service is unable to provide tracking on packages shipped First Class. We are working on a solution improve this experience.
