Cancellation Policy:

 

PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER DIRECTLY IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO OUR RECEPTIONIST PERSONALLY.

CANCELLATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND YOU MAY BE CHARGED THE APPROPRIATE FEE IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL VIA ONLINE YOURSELF OR DIRECTLY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDER. 

-Voicemail, unanswered/after hours texts to the salon etc are not appropriate methods. 

-Response to the confirmation text is not an appropriate method.

-Please contact service provider or cancel directly online if all else fails. 

 

You will not be charged if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late a cancellation and 100% for no shows or same day cancelation.

 

We do not offer refunds on ANY services.

 

Your card on file will NOT be charged until after your service if you choose to use that form of payment OR if you late cancel/ no show your stylist. 

You must ALWAYS have a working card on file.

By booking, you have agreed to follow our policy for cancellations/no shows.

 

There are NO REFUNDS on any hair, extension, lash, brow or body service. Hair care is also non refundable/no exchanges. Boutique purchases with tags attached can be exchanged within 30 days for an item of the same value.

 

To our amazing clientele, It’s no secret that we love you and your minis, it's been incredible watching them grow! With the salon space and busy staff, having children under the age of 12 poses unique and previously unforeseen challenges. Unfortunately we cannot assure their safety in the salon— we have hot tools, chemical products, sharp objects and no facilities to care for your children while you are in our hands. We kindly ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 to accompany you during your services. It is in everyone's best interest that children stay safe and out of harms way. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Client's who bring children to their appointment without alternate care for them while receiving a service may be asked to reschedule and a late cancel fee will apply.
